CANCELLATION
Once we have shipped your order, there are no refunds or cancellations. This includes custom orders.
RETURNS
We take extra care to make sure that your order is shipped exactly the way you have requested it. Our very own Princess Babies can make life hectic, but they are our "Hearts." So, although very rare, we might make a mistake with your order.
Returns due to our mistake must be returned via US Postal Service in their original packaging and in their original condition within five (5) days after you receive it. We will refund your postage. You will know if the order is wrong as soon as you open the box, so don't throw that box away! We will not be able to accept returns in any other packaging. For example: Don't put it in an envelope, even if it is padded. We will have to return the package back to you unopened. And we know you would rather spend time with your Princess Baby rather than run back and forth to the post office!
CUSTOM ORDERS
While we try to have most ribbon on hand, if yours is an unusual request, it may take longer.
MASS OR GROUP ORDERS
We cannot ship bulk orders before payment is received. All group purchases must be paid for in advance.
